I won these darts in the Paul Williams Darts sweepstakes. They are the first 26 gram darts that I have owned that throw really really well, and in fact I used them one night in league with some success. The darts are long enough to find a good grip, and the texture of the barrels provides lots of non-slip throwing of the darts. I understand that these are a paler imitation of the Phil Taylor signature darts but they are still a pretty good design. It makes me want to own a set of the phil taylor purists.

I can highly recommend Taylor Purists - I have the 24g set (although they have a weight certificate supplied which shows them to be 24.3g)so they were alot heavier than my 21g Colin Lloyds. But they fly so straight and the grip is incredible - everytime you put the dart in your hand it just fits - however anyone prone to slight Dartitis would be best to avoid them due to the exceptional grip.
Thanks for the comment, Andrew. I have many online darts friends who swear by the PT Purists, and I am thinking this is definitely a future dart purchase for me. I had the good luck to be throwing on the next board over from someone who was using the silver purists while I was in Seattle last. He let me toss them a round or two and I have to say the grip was absolutely dead on.
